We are a commercial food equipment service and repair company serving most of the state of Michigan and a proud member of CFESA, The Commercial Food Equipment Service Association since 1973 and The Michigan Restaurant Association.

Founded in 1963, CFESA members promote the highest standards of professional service. With over 450 members representing all 50 states, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico, our members stock OEM parts-the best for any equipment-with access to an online inventory of millions of parts. Midwest responds to both warranty and non-warranty repair requests for almost every major manufacturer of commercial food equipment. At Midwest Food Equipment Service we pride ourselves on doing everything in our power to get your equipment back up and running as soon as possible. In order to accomplish this we maintain in constant communication with our radio dispatched service technicians who are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. As well, we manage a very extensive supply of parts in our on-site warehouse to ensure a rapid response to your service challenge. And, if we don't have the correct parts in stock, we can usually obtain them within a few short hours or days depending on the urgency of your repair or service needs. We provide this level of service in order to keep your down time to a minimum.

All of our Service technicians have extensive experience in the food service equipment repair field and are trained and fully qualified to meet all of the CFESA Certified Technician standards. These standards are set by CFESA to ensure your repair needs are met professionally and efficiently. This is done by testing the technications with rigorous exams that cover electricity, gas, steam, and refrigeration. Upon successful completion of the exams the technicians are given certificates noting their excellence in the area of completion. Once a technication has passed 3 of the 4 tests, they are then awarded a Master Technication Certification. CFESA Certified Master Technicians are among the most knowledgeable techs in the industry.
